TERMS OF SERVICE

• Drawing takes time. Please be patient, I'm doing my best to offer you the best quality.
• English isn't my mother language, so please don’t use slang or acronyms when you tell me about your idea.
• I don't accept deadlines because of the extreme unpredictability of life.
• I have a right to show the final image on my website and other social platforms.
• You have a right to post the final image in your gallery and use it for non-commercial purposes.
• If I don't feel comfortable with the idea, I have a right to reject it.

PAYMENT PROCESS

• Payment is via PayPal and in full in advance.
• If you need a refund, I will only do so if the work has not started.
• If the commission exceeds 100 USD you can pay half at the beginning, and the rest at the end of the commission

WORK PROCESS

• After we discuss your idea, I'll make a sketch and show it to you to make sure I got it right.
• I'll send you some screenshots as I progress with the commission, so that you can give me feedback and I can make corrections if needed.
• After all corrections and changes are made, I’ll work on a commission and you will get your final piece in 2 sizes: original size for personal use + smaller version for public use.
• Please give me a proper visual reference with the clean colors.
